Here’s your weekly recap—the most viewed news stories on our site for the week ended April 15, 2023.

Last week, Vegamour, a hair wellness company, voluntarily stopped advertising claims about its Gro Ageless Anti-Gray Hair Serum after the National Advertising Division (NAD) raised concerns about the truth and transparency of Vegamour’s advertising practices.

In other news, Colgate-Palmolive announced plans to introduce a “modified cheaper” version of its recyclable toothpaste tube later this year. The company’s chief sustainability officer, Ann Tracy, confirmed that the replacement tube uses less plastic and is easier to ship.
